Vernon, BC – Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery is excited to announce the special release of their Professor Plum’s Whisky, an exquisite and award-winning New-World style Canadian whisky. This unique expression is a Honey Blonde Hopped Whisky, showcasing the distillery's innovative approach to whisky crafting.
Professor Plum's Whisky was meticulously aged for 8 and a half years in new, custom-toasted and charred white oak casks. Following this, it spent an additional year maturing in plum brandy casks, imbuing it with distinctive fruit notes. The whisky then underwent a unique gravity filtration process through the newly emptied and charcoal brûlée'd plum brandy casks, a North-Western take on the traditional Lincoln County process.
