The beginnings of UROSPOT were not marked by a grand announcement or a business strategy session. They began quietly, in the ordinary moments of Erin Craven’s life. After more than twenty years working in healthcare, she was doing what many women do every day — carrying the weight of a demanding career, caring for four children, and building a life with the husband she adores. Beneath all of that, she was dealing with something she rarely spoke about: bladder leaks and urgency that chipped away at her confidence and sense of freedom.
